How long have you worked for Auburn? Three years as of December 2015.

What does your job entail? I provide full project management and design services to Auburn clients across campus to ensure their renovation projects are carried out from start to finish, and that those projects result in the best possible spaces our campus clients’ budgets will allow.

Why do you give back to Auburn? I give because Auburn believed in me and my abilities — I therefore believe in Auburn and want to see it succeed. I want to ensure that any organization of which I’m a part succeeds in every possible way.

What motivated you to begin giving back to Auburn? As I have worked with our clients during my employment at Auburn, I see that they sometimes have to compromise on their needs to fund their renovation needs. If my small contribution can go toward helping programs in those situations, then I’m happy to be able to give.

Why do you think it is important for our colleagues to give back to the university? Obviously, giving back to Auburn University ultimately helps all of us. We all play a role in carrying out Auburn’s mission, therefore, it is imperative that we give what we can to ensure that we all succeed together.

If you had $1 million to give to Auburn, what would you do with it? I would assist an under-resourced program on campus renovate its space so it can best serve the program as a whole.
